Lulu insisted we make some pumpkin seeds to much on. For YEARS I have tossed all these away with the pumpkin innards… what a silly silly girl I have been!
We rinsed in a colander and let sit to drain. I learned if you spread them in the pan then do a quick dry with a hair dryer – the moisture goes away!
We drizzled about 2TBSP of butter and a few pinches of sea salt. Into the oven they go, 20-25 mins at 275. Stirring every 5 mins.
And the magic happened!
Sadly she was a soccer practice while they were roasting… and she does not realize how many I ate before she got home!
